“Dear Friends. I suppose you think that I am ignoring your kind letters received so long ago. I have meant to answer them long ago, but was very busy sewing for several weeks and my health has been giving out again. Was in to Grand Rapids for two weeks recently and have been almost down in bed since I came home. I cannot stand the strain on my nerves that it takes to write a decent letter yet but will write as soon as I can or get better. Hope you are all well.
