Dear son, have not herd from you and I neglected to write to you hope you are well and all right things in general are as useal [sic] AR is in the hospital yet Dr said we could fetch him home Saturday Mrs Haines was buried last wednesday that old killmartin is not expected to live L T Herman’s Mother has a stroke of paralisis [sic] they keep dropping how did you find things in you know Ypsi I suppose it seams good to the Ypsi folks AR seams quite contented from what they say I have not been down to see him it is to cold I can not stand the ride this card tells me I must stop let me here from you soon.
